CHICKPEA A2 PANEER SALAD

Ingredients

● 1 cup Organic dried peas (soaked and cooked)

● 1 cup Organic steamed beetroot (chopped)

● 1 cup Organic cucumber (sliced)

● 1 cup Chopped lettuce

● 1 tsp Roasted organic sesame seeds

● 1 tbsp Soaked organic chia seeds

● 1 tbsp Crushed organic peanuts

● 1 cup A2 paneer (roasted in ghee)

● 1 tsp Organic cumin powder

● 1 tsp Organic pepper powder

● Black salt, to taste

● Lemon wedges, for garnish

● 1 tbsp Organic mustard oil

Instructions

1. Soak the organic dried peas overnight or for at least 6-8 hours. Cook them until they are soft but not mushy. Drain and set aside.

2. Steam the organic beetroot until tender. Chop it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the organic cucumber. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

3. Roast the paneer in ghee until golden brown. Cut it into cubes.

4. Soak the chia seeds in water for about 10-15 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.

5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked peas, chopped beetroot, sliced cucumber, chopped lettuce, and roasted paneer cubes. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds, soaked chia seeds, and crushed peanuts over the salad.

6. Season with organic cumin powder, organic pepper powder, and black salt according to taste.

7. Drizzle the organic mustard oil over the salad. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad for a tangy flavor.

8. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined and evenly coated with the dressing. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

9. Serve the Organic Pea and Beetroot Salad immediately as a refreshing and nutritious meal or side dish.
