ASHGOURD JUICE

Ingredients

● 1 small Ash Gourd (also known as Winter Melon or White Pumpkin)

● Water (as needed)

Instructions

1. Wash the ash gourd thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris.

2. Peel the ash gourd using a vegetable peeler or a knife, and remove the seeds from the center.

3. Cut the ash gourd into small cubes or chunks.

4. Put the ash gourd pieces into a blender or juicer.

5. Add a little water to facilitate blending, and blend until smooth.

6. Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.

7. Add lemon juice and honey or sugar to taste, if desired.

8. Stir well until the honey or sugar is completely dissolved.

9. Transfer the juice to serving glasses and serve chilled.
