PROTEIN-RICH PEANUT SALAD
Instructions:
1. Boil the organic peanuts until they are tender. Drain the water and set it aside to cool.
2. Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers into small, bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled peanuts, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, roasted sesame seeds, roasted pumpkin seeds, roasted sunflower seeds, and organic raisins. Mix well to combine.
4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the organic sesame oil, raw honey or jaggery, and a pinch of cumin powder until well combined.
5. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad mixture in the bowl. Gently toss the salad until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
6. Your nutrient-packed Protein Peanut Salad is now ready to serve! Enjoy it as a satisfying and wholesome meal on its own or as a delicious side dish to complement your favourite entrees.
