Himalayan Green Chillies, Organic Himalayan Mustard Oil, Rai, Yellow Mustard seeds, Fennel seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Dry Mango powder, Himalayan Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Carom seeds (Ajwain), Kalonji, Asafoetida (Hing), Black Salt and Rock Salt.

Directions for Use:
Please use a clean and dry spoon each time you remove the pickle from the jar. Use the pickle with paratha, roti ,chapati , rice , khichdi or biryani.
