Cheese made fresh on order from Desi cow A2 milk of Gir, Sahiwal and Tharparkar cows. Previous whey water is used to curdle milk. Ingredients : Desi cow A2 milk, Rock salt only.
This cheese is made without rennet. Refrigerate (do not deep freeze) and consume within 4 days of manufacturing date. Expect this cheese to be slightly salty as rock salt is added and would not stretch as much as mozzarella cheese available in the market as it does not have rennet.
